The Project was completed for the price originally agreed upon. No hidden fees, just straight forward. Great with any type of concerns that may arise and the project was completed in 3 days rather than two.

Tech was over an hour and a half late. Although the owner did call to advise that the tech would be late. The over the phone quote from the owner stated the job would take less than an hour. The tech worked extremely slow and kept the "meter running" while he took 15 minutes to complete the paperwork. In all spent 50% more on labor than expected. WIth regards to the work, we have been very pleased. The sprinklers work great and we've had no maintenance issues.

The owner, James, came to my house and went over full installation before we started project. He was always very easy to get ahold of. I ended up adding on 3 flowerbeds during my sprinkler install. Quality work and great staff! I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Bryant for any additional needs.

Excellent Company to work with ... did an excellkent job. Had as many as two full crews repairing and extending my system over three days (large yard). In 100+ degree heat these guys were professional, worked hard, were polite and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They also honored their estimate at the end of job. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

have used Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler service twice, the first time good results. The second time the work was overpriced and the workers took too long to finish the job and charged me for their lack of workmanship. They charged me more than I expected for the work done. They also set my sprinkler control box wrong and caused my water to be turned off because of watering days restrictions. Customer Service did reimburse me for the reconnection fee, so I did get some satisfaction.
