They were successful in eliminating a colony of yellow jackets. However, for the main reason I hired them, they did not succeed in eliminating moles under my lawn. They came back again and again but never succeeded! We still have moles under our lawn!

Came on time; called to confirm; very friendly but professional. We did not want the maintenance plan. It did seem a bit costly for two visits but the cave crickets are dead so it worked.

Against my better judgement I "bought" an extended plan. Not necessary if the proper amount of chemicals are used. Anyway, in the past, we had the home fogged, went to work and in the evening good results that lasted and lasted. This time, scant traps, spotty spraying and bugs stll.
