Project: Install Stamped Concrete
To long from the time we were given estimate and dates promised to complete job, about 4 weeks from getting an estimate with promises of being here to sign a contract and starting job.

Project: Replace or Repair Grout
Showed up on time. Looked at the tub and surrounding area. Placed a level on all areas of the tub, tub was level all but one corner, it was off by 1/4". I decided to go with caulking, apposed to having the tub & tile ripped out. He also suggested a corner guard be installed in the only lower area as a precaution. Now if it leaks, I'll know it was a plumbing issue (a plumber told me it was a caulking problem).

After talking with 3 buisnesses ServiceMagic provided us with, and checking their BBB ratings we hired Mills Window cleaning to clean a small nursery growing in the gutters of a house we just purchased, out of town. Bruce had his people, Garrett, come out and do the job. They also cut away some overhanging branches of a neighbors tree. They did everything, Bruce said they would, there were no surprises or extra charges,. Billing was easy & convenient, for being a out of town property.
