Boundary survey was completed within a reasonable time despite illnesses on the field crew. The price was definitely the best I could find and Mr. Landes went the extra mile to explain our unique property situation. Final plat was delivered within just a few days of the survey and the company also provided a PDF version. The only complaint is that they could do a better job in communicating the status of the project, especially when there might be a delay, whether because of crew availability or problems researching the property prior to the survey. As it is they still earned a 4.5 for customer service. Highly recommended by this customer.

I evaluated several companies and chose Bruce Landes, who had a very competitive price and most of all, provided exceptional customer service by email and phone. My lot has a very steep grade; two other companies expressed concern to complete survey in a short amount of time based upon the grade of my lot. I needed site surveyed and plat done quickly; Bruce Landes provided a detailed written proposal, a planned timeframe to complete site survey, and completed job as requested. The PDF of the plat provided was very detailed. I definitely give a 5 star rating for their professionalism, customer service, value, and quality of work.

We had two boundary surveys done on our previous home. Bruce Landes performed the boundary survey at our present home. Exceptionally knowledgable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction when I first contacted them. The work crew was exceptionally professional and did not leave without showing us all the boundary markers and preparing information for a final PLAT that shows all the improvements made on my property. Excellent final PLAT. Note - for those who want one, ask for a PDF copy of your PLAT. They use VISICALC and to provide a hard copy, but VISICALC can also save to a PDF. GOOD PRICE!!!!!
