Mr. Solomon, a Registered Master Plumber, is a past President of the Maryland Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association and a member of Contractors 2000. He has over 25 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. All our technicians are fully trained and licensed. Additionally, all employees of Bruce Solomon Plumbing & Heating engage in continuing education courses, some of which are required by law. Bruce J. Solomon Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is fully licensed and insured Since 1984 Bruce Solomon's Plumbing has been saving Baltimore area residence money while solving their problems. On time, very professional, and as they used no parts charged me for only the service call and 30 minutes. Repair was done for under $100 which is unheard of for a plumber.

From a customer service standpoint, Bruce Solomon P&H were excellent---they called immediately after I filled my online form with ServiceMagic and set-up a home appointment for the very next day. The plumber that arrived was friendly and fixed the problem very quickly (within about 15 or 20 minutes). And, at this point, everything is still working fine. What was not outstanding, however, was the price that we were charged. My wife and I were in an emergency situation and so we agreed to the price before work began. For jobs that are not urgent, though, we will do some comparison shopping next time around.

Called me 15 mins after I submitted request and came next day with no extra charge for weekend. Had everything done and cleaned up within an hour and a half. Guys were great and explained everything. Will call again if I need other work done.

The plumbers from Bruce Solomon were very professional,timelyand explained the problem and what they intended to do to solve the problem. They also took care of issues with my toilet bowl @no addional charge.. I would call them as needed.
