I was extremely please with the service provided by Mr.Brown. He was prompt, neat and respectful of my home. The first thing that he did was place a drop cloth on the floor where he and he assistant would be walking which I greatly appreciated. I got out of my bed with flu like symptoms to install the countertops on a Sunday so that she could rent the condo the following week. The countertops were purchased by the customer and she did not purchase back splashes. I cannot leave off what was not purchased. An appliance was damaged and I requested that she get estimates and I would fully compensate her. I have not received any estimates to date. Since the appliance was damaged, I did not charge her anything for the installation and she never reported a leak under the sink.

Wish we'd done this years ago--the counter-tops look awesome, and the Brown's are helpful, efficient, and excellent at customer service. They are careful to explain the process and options, they let you know of any potential issues, and then do an awesome job of installation, going above and beyond to help us make the changes we wanted. Also, while we prefer to patronize local small businesses anyway, the fact that they came in about 20% less than the big-box store makes the decision a no-brainer. Highly recommend!!
