Project: Install or Replace Seamless Metal Gutters
Had some trouble communicating and scheduling. Installation team didn't show at appointed time, I called and it was discovered that they were delayed on another project. We rescheduled. Same thing happened next time with an equipment failure sited as the problem. Installation was begun and finished at the new date and time. Crew was courteous and efficient.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Had a leak in my roof and didn't know how much damage was caused beacuase of the leak. They were very professional and told me what the problem was and that they could fix it in less than an hour! I was relieved and he gave me the price up front and was fast and cleaned up everything and even told me about my attic insulation and that Idaho power was offering refunds on these projects so I'll have them do my insulation in the attic and couldn't be happier. I was really impressed with Roy Lujan. He came out and looked at the roof and gave me a bid. What impressed me the most besides the work, was his statement that he wanted to make my house look good. He put on white overlap and ordered a white vent to go across my roof. This vent has the openings at the top. My other vent had openings at the bottom. With a huge tree in my front yard, I had leaves, etc., on the roof which blocked the vent system. I would also like to compliment his crew of workers. They cleaned up after each day and worked long hours to get the project done. I also had a carport that was pulling away from my house which I was unaware of. Roy had his crew fixed the problem and put braces to support the carport. What was also nice, is Roy took pictures of any problems and brought the pictures to me at work before he did anything. My questions were answered and I would recommend Brown and Sons for any house job, especially the roof.
