While they called me very quickly to set up a time to come out, it took them over a week to actually come. They were supposed to come on Saturday and it was the following Thursday before they showed up. Once they finally got there they never came to the door to ask about the property lines and what needed to be done. They didn't mow the entire yard and then instead of knocking on the door they just left a bill in the mailbox. The part of the yard that they mowed looked great but they missed an entire side of the yard. Need to work on customer service.

Brown Dog responded fast to the request and did an amazing job on our yard! Their prices were very reasonable and less than we were preparing ourselves for. The service was fantastic and our yard looks great now and we aren't ashamed of it anymore! Thanks a million!
