They told me it would take about 5 weeks to get the door and window, but after 3 had it ready, but found a crack in the frame they day before deilvery, so it ended up taking the 5 weeks anyway. Damage happens, and I'm glad they self-checked and were honest about needing to get a replacement.
The sliding door installer was very willing to let me nitpick until the slider looked just right, which I appreciated (But was also willing to leave it crooked, if I hadn't been vigilant). The window installer just waved at me and said, "Ok, you're all set!", but the window was shimmed poorly. Fortunately the sliding door installer was happy to fix it for him, and it only required adjustment to be corrected.
Door was damaged, but replacement is scheduled and payment was not demanded until job is completed. I've not yet received the replacement, but have received a call from the factory telling me they'll be calling me to schedule as soon as it's ready. Overall their quality seems good, their cust. service good, but their work a bit sloppier than I'd prefer. I would be uncomfortable having them do work for me if I wasn't present, or for someone who wasn't assertive enough to ask questions. I get the feeling they were feeling busy (this was late Aug.) I do like that they have a lifetime warranty, although I understandably haven't really had to put it to the test yet. They also control every part of the process (estimate, manufacturing, installing), which is preferable.
