Although it is a rather large company, it felt like I was dealing with a local small contractor. From Mike Grant, the salesman, To the measurer, to Kelley in Sacramento the scheduler, to the installation crew I received nothing but pleasant, courtious, personalized treatment. Their windows are the best of 6 companies I looked at. Their installation is extremely well done and they are extremely neat and clean. This is a professional company with professional people at all levels working for them and you feel like you are their only customer. Best contact that I have had with a contractor in my 60 years of life. Highly recommend.

they were very professional and the installers appeared to enjoy their job - very knowledgable about the product. the only bad thing was they scheduled our job as a one day job when it actually took 2 days so they had to return to finish up 3 days later. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

The initial contact with the estimater was very well handled and his followup was very good. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were knowledgable and friendly. I had to do a little paint touchup after the installation due to a bit of sloopy caulking. Overall a very good job.
