It wasn't an emergency, but needed to get done. Brooks got right back to me after I called. They came when they said they would and did very nice work. I recommend them. I've used them for three or four plumbing projects over the years (replacing a water heater, replacing a bathtub, replacing all my outside faucets). I've also recommended them to several friends over the years, and they have always been happy with the results and the value provided.

Leak on our side of the water meter. I did the digging and found the leak and back filled the hole. Brooks made the actual repair. Other than being what I believe to be a little high in price, service was excellent. The repairman was knowledgeable and thorough. I would hire them again without a second thought.

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe - For Business
Technician very polite and professional. Gave quote on broken exterior water pipe (quest polybutylene pipe); replaced ball valve, fixed pipe with splice as parts no longer available for this type recalled pipe. Made several suggestions on protecting exterior water box. Bobby did a great job!

Project: Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System
John sounded great on the phone. They promised to be able to locate the slab leak using cameras or wanding techniques, neither was used, the basically hooked up a pancake compressor and listened for the leak with only got them in a general direction due to echo’s in the walls. There plan was to start jack hammering up the slab to find it. I decided to have another company that only does leak detection to come out and by wanding out the copper they were able to pin point exactly where the leak was without jack hammering up the slab, saving me a LOT of money and headache. John has promised to refund the $150 they charged since before Christmas,

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I had a circulation pump go bad and Brooks was the only one out of four other plumbers who either knew what I was talking about, would bring the part I told them I needed, or would come out today. The pump was replaced quickly, although the labor for about 1.5 hours was pricey (~$300). Had I had better luck with other plumbers and in not such a hurry (wife declared this an emergency) I would have shopped around more for a better estimate. Quality, service and promptness were excellent. I'm sure I could have found a better price on labor.
