Brookline Moving Company

They banged up some of my furniture and walls in a brand new house. Once worker complained about working the entire day saying he was missing his drinking time.

I was concerned they might be late since I had the move scheduled for early on a Sunday morning, but in fact, they arrived early! I was amazed how easy they made it look. Everything went perfectly at bolth ends and I was 100% satisfied.

These guys were great! Fast, fast, fast. And very nice.

They were great, came on-time, took 5 minutes to move the piano to another room down the stairs with no issues.

I don't get what all the fuss is about. I wasn't overly impressed with the service I received during my move. My three movers were slow. Last time I moved the guys were quick and really efficient. This time I felt they were moving at a snail's pace. I moved from one apt to another within a complex and after working for about an hour and a half all three guys disappeared. I saw one guy take frequent cigarette breaks by the truck. My walls were banged in couple areas, and one bookshelf was jammed in next to another wooden item, and it was badly scratched. I was way overcharged. I won't use them again.

This company is SUPERB! They are True Professionals. They were extremely Solution Minded. All the little, (and a few large), problems that arose during the scheduling of, and fulfillment of, my relocation were seamlessly resolved. Brookline Movers offered unbelievable flexibility and even some very innovative solutions for all the demands my relocation forced me to make on their company. The services were Great. The men were conscientious, courteous and most accommodating. When first scheduling my move, I thought their prices were competitive. Looking back now, factoring in the quality of services received, I know their pricing is truly cost effective and quite reasonable. I will recommend Brookline Movers to everyone!

I would highly recommend Brookline Moving Co. Patrick was accessible and incredibly helpful. We had a small move in our house but the company was willing to consider it and charge fairly. Mr Lundgren worked with my niece to make it happen for us while we were away. The price was very reasonable (the best). Their staff did their job well and efficiently.

In dealing with Patrick I was very pleased. He was accommodating, flexible & his price was fair. He was very pleasant to deal with. However, the 2 men hired to perform the job made us uncomfortable. There was a 21 yr old who seemed to lack experience, but was willing to do what was asked of him. The man in charge was very "flirty", actually complaining (in a joking manner?) about my talking about my husband and, although I forget his exact words, he basically made an inappropriate proposal to my mother. They also tried to learn what we don't need in order to furnish the 21 yr old's home. The work was good, the conversation inappropriate.

As the owner of the company, I find this type of feedback to be not only regrettable but also unnerving. Although it actually is surprising, as it is not the norm for the 2 gentlemen assigned to this particular relocation. Their respective employee folders are full of company and industry customer service awards and customer testimonials. However, perception is reality. For this customer to perceive their actions in this manner, and have to make this posting, is truly unacceptable. Obviously, this customer was not provided with the level of customer service that I demand. For this I truly apologize. Consequences will be harsh and swift.

The guys bent over backwards to do what we wanted. Even moved a piano to another room w/ absolutely no complaint! They were upbeat and positive throughout the move.
