Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Bromwell's called immediately after I clicked submit on my plumbing request. They were very friendly on the phone and set up a time to come by and check out our water heater. We were expecting to install a whole new water heater, but it turns out that we only needed a repair and an expansion tank. The repair saved us a ton over buying a whole new heater! We will use Bromwell's again in the future if we have a plumbing need.

Hires Greg because his wife called me before my computer screen refreshed on ServiceMagic! Service was not an emergency. Greg came out to review project and set up a time to come out and do the repair. It was great to deal with him, like working with a neighbor. I will keep his info on file and use his company for all my plumbing problems. Thanks Greg for your outstanding service and professionalism.

I didn't hire Bromwell's but will in the future. They came right out and looked over my issue and offered suggestions for me to fix it, told me to do this and do that...and if the problem continues call him directly and he could come straight out to see what was going on. Polite and helpful and would hire in a minute. Best of all the bill, there was none even tho he was here close to an hour. Awesome, what a nice treat in this day and age. Thanks.

Very friendly, knowledgable, great work ethic. Installed a new bathroom faucet for me. Job completed right and in an appropriate amount of time. Even cleaned trap out because he noticed that the sink wasn't draining fast enough. Would definitely hire again. Price was reasonable.
