Initial quote was for mounting a flat panel TV at a pre-wired location. Upon arrival pre-wire did not have the required cables (no HDMI to TV and cable hookup was at TV, not where cable box was) and a surround sound system needed to be hooked up and configured. Initial quote for only mounting a TV did not match what work was actually required.

Erik was very professional, polite and knowledgable. Value for the money in my opinion is not directed at Brody, Inc but the industry. Very expensive for service provided. I would definitely reccommend Brody, Inc and especially Erik if you want the job done to perfection.
