Terry did a terrific job with explaining the process, and went out of his way to change his schedule for the estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality installation by professionals.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would. Terry is a true professional and did an amazing job, as if it were in his own home. Everything was done to perfection in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I would call Terry again if I ever needed his services and I recommend him HIGHLY.

He was very competent and friendly. Made himself available within a few days. fixed the problem as far as we can see. He came back to check a complaint that we had about a buzz in the phone line which turned out to be just a poorly connect phone line. He did not charge us for that brief visit. I would trust him with any cabling or phone work.

Terry replied to my inquiry the next day, and once contacted was able to schedule installation the next day. He provided helpful suggestions for the best method to complete my work requests and answered all my questions about this particular job and other technology questions that may guide my future phone service changes. He and his colleague worked very quickly and were extremely pleasant to speak to while performing the work.

Broadband Technology Corp was terrific! Terry called me right away after submitting my request through ServiceMagic and was able to complete the job the same day. Terry and his assistant were professional, competent and friendly -- and the cost was very reasonable. My only regret is that I did not call BTC from the beginning -- I could have saved myself endless hours of hassle dealing with the phone company! If you have a phone project, give Terry and BTC a call. You won't be sorry.
