Project: Repair a Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Gas)
Will consider using Brite again, but I think that service could have been more thorough, and rates for this service is very costly due to the limited availability of people providing this type of service. Almost a monopoly being able to set prices at double the rate expected. Cost more than a plumber or electrician.

I'm sorry if my rate was too high. I try and keep my prices very competitive and I always quote my rate over the phone. I have been in the heating industry for 10 years and from what I have seen $95/Hour is a very competitive service rate. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you again.

Very professional and personable. Only problem was a mix up in his arrival time--only off by an hour, though, so no big deal.
