Promised a one day job, it extended throughout entire weekend from Friday and then they had to redo some work to account for tasks they forgot to perform during the installation. The job was completed on Monday. They only had two people doing the entire roof for almost 85% of the job. They should have had at least 7 for this "one day" job. Not fair to make the client have to just deal with it. Personal plans/events at the house had to be cancelled for the weekend due to this mismanagement.

What experience? After the intial visit I had to call them twice to get them to call me back to set an appointment. Then when they did they did not show up or call me. Terrible. Kim B

We do not know where these comments are coming from. We were on the job last Friday and sold her the repair and completed the job this week. We have contacted the customer to send her pictures of the job completed and invoice, and she will not return our calls.

Jason is great and does excellent work. I've used Brinkmann Roofing, many times in the past 20 years, I won't go elsewhere.
