Rian responded to my phone message within minuets, scheduled the job within hours, arrived on time and did exactly what needed to be done. The problem turned out to be a burned-out electrical outlet that could have caused a fire. He will be coming back to inspect the other outlets in this 40-year old house. His rates are reasonable and he works quickly.

I was completely satisfied with everything they did for me. They helped me figure out where to put the lighting. Were very patient and professional. I cannot think of one thing negative. I love my kitchen now that I can actually see to work in there, and it looks so nice. I would highly recommend Rian and Brighter Image Electric.

Rian and his team did a fantastic job for our huge kitchen remodel. They were the only company that removed our panel and knew with such dramatic changes to a 50 year-old wiring system we would need an amperage upgrade. The work was done over and above my expectations. Not only did they install all the fixtures etc. , they even put my ceiling fan up straight from the box unassembled; no extra charge! Brighter Image stands up to their name and I would and already have recommended them to others. Thanks guys!

Thanks to Brighter Image, an electrical fire in the ceiling of my garage was averted! The outlet for our garage door opener was giving us problems. As I watched, blue sparks came out of the connectors as the outlet box was removed. Rian fixed the shorted connection, identified a separate line, put in some new box wire and checked all connections to the outlet, answering any questions as they arose. He and his coworker were pleasant and efficient and the price was quite resonable. Thanks.

Many thanks to Rian and his team for an excellent job on adding new circuits to our panel and running some conduit. He was incredibly helpful and willing to explain our electrical system to us so that we could understand how to take care of our house. He did excellent, clean work for a very fair price. I'd recommend his services in an instant, and I will be calling him again for any other electrical work we do.
