Theresa and Sherry were very professional and friendly. They arrived at the time agreed upon and did a great job cleaning my home. I have a dog that has allergies. I would suggest for next visit that they use a cleaner that is not as strong.

Trustworthy! Very much into what they do. Sherry is an outstanding leader/owner of this company! The work that they do is well worth the cost.

I work a FT job that requires me to travel often while keeping up with my two toddlers and husband of course. Sometimes I don't have time to clean my house the way that I really want it to be done. With that said, I was looking for a reliable cleaning service. I can honestly say, I have found that in Bright & Shiny Maid Service. The girls showed up on time, and actually worked for the entire time they were at my house. Not only were they friendly but they did an excellent job. I am very satisfied; and will continue to use Bright & Shiny Maid Service for my house cleaning needs.

My house has never looked better! Definitely worth the money! Service provided is exactly as described!

i'm happy with 50% of their service. my all three toilets were dirty and guest bathroom wasnt clean at all. pantry was dirty too. but other then that wood floor was cleaned and so as carpet. but if i have to call them again i might think. offered price was good but the service was little poor so overall service was OK!!

This clent called me three times that day to change the time for us to come in and clean. When we got there she was already aggravated with the painters and was rushing us the whole time. We did the best we could in the two and ahalf hours that she gave us to clean a two and ahalf bathroooms that were totally gross!!!! 5 bedrooms and a very big down stairs. I would not have cleaned for this women had I meet her prior to us cleaning.

They were on time, friendly and thorough. The woman who cleaned my kitchen asked for a step stool to better clean my 42 inch cabinets. I have had my house cleaned by other companies before but no one ever cared enough to use a step stool! :o) The only area where they were a little lacking was the shower, there was grime left in some of the corners and around the chrome on the shower door. Also, while trying to fix the drain in one of my bathroom sinks, I believe they broke it so that now the drain stop doesn't work at all. I'll ask my husband to fix it, I'm sure it's not a huge issue. Regardless, I loved them and highly recommend them!
