Paul from Bright Looks called me the same day as the request was placed with ServiceMagic and promptly came out to give us an estimate on our basement remodel. The crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. Paul provided us a detailed contract, floor plan, and accurate completion date. Paul and his crew do excellent work. They take pride in their work and treat the project as if they were working on their own home. The detailed finishing work is excellent. I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family looking to remodel.

We had a great experience having our basement finished by Bright Looks and would definitely recommend. They were very professional and always a step ahead us in terms of anticipating our questions and concerns. The payment plan by draw was laid out clearly at the beginning so we understood when we would be charged for each phase. They worked every day until the job was finished and finished a few days earlier than planned. The customer service was perfect throughout the process and we are very happy with the end product.

Paul and his team were great to work with from start to finish...fast, high quality work at a great value. I really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up at the end of each day. We added 500 square feet of beautiful living space to our house in 10 work days and will easily get 100% of the cost back in added value to our home.

They were very professional and arrived on time everyday. If there was something we didn't like the way they did it, it was changed to our liking without any attitude (or should we say with a smile). Paul Carrol, the owner, works with his crew everyday and that was very convenient as far as getting answers to our questions and we were able to make any changes to the plan right on the spot. Bottom line Paul wanted to see us happy at the end of the day and we really appreciated that. Our job was done within quoted time and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anybody for a basement project.
