We are the third generation of family owned and operated appliance service. My grandfather opened an appliance store in downtown Williamsburg in 1956. It has always been our goal to provide the best service available. This has become even more important in today's world of big companies that focus on low prices on high volumes of retail sales with no attention or experience with providing service to the customer. Service is now our specialty. We no longer have the distraction of our own retail location and can focus on service. We are fully trained, experienced, and factory authorized. We fill in where they leave off. Call us after your purchase and we can pick up the appliance, install it, dispose of your old one, provide factory service, extended warranty service, and out of warranty service.
