We have over 60 years of experience in all forms of construction work, with a specialty in structural and disaster recovery. Our tireless attention to detail and experience shows in the work we do. Some of our daily work scope includes correcting rotted/termite infested framing for Terminix as their preferred vendor and remodeling various Hilton Hotels. Did an ok job on dry rot. Nithing special Called a couple times to get final bill (minor additions day of job) and he never did send it to me.

Robert is a pleasure to work with and I am confident I made the right decision in choosing his company to perform substantial mold remediation and water damage repairs. His company has multiple certifications and has a very good reputation on the internet and in the community. His professionalism and construction knowledge made me feel at ease in having him handle issues that involve my family's safety, such as mold and water damage. Project: Repair or Alter a Chain Link Fence
I interviewed several contractors and none of them made me feel as at ease and confident in moving forward with my projects as the owner of Bridges Construction Services. The owner promptly called me back and was very professional. He came out to bid the work I needed done within 24 hours of my speaking to him. His crew commenced work the day I accepted the bid. After hiring him I had company over who informed me that they had used Bridges Construction Services for a remodel and that they had referred him to their neighbors and their family members. I had an emeregency fence repair that has led to three other jobs for Bridges Construction!

Project: Build an Addition
Mr. Bridges failed to deliver on several levels. First, he never updated his quote to reflect additional work or provide change orders when requested. Second, Mr. Bridges was very ellusive and did not show up at the site when he said he would. The quality of work is certainly questionable, especially with the installation of the garage support fixture. He had to reminded several times the new support structure is quite unstable if he did not bolt down. Before committing any work, require Mr. Bridges to clearly write materials and detailed labor require; same with change orders. Remember, estimates are always negotiable.

This job was completed on time and passed every inspection the first time including the bolting down of the garage. Don't know why customer made that remark. We are certified for seismic construction. He changed his mind several times daily regarding the scope of work and did not want to be charged for various additional items that had nothing to do with the original detailed scope of work. Bridges Construction went considerably out of its way to attend to the needs of this customer. I guess you can't please everyone all the time. Excellent communication skills. Appreciated the full explanation of the scope of the project, which was greater than we had originally anticipated. (More dry rot damage was discovered when the wall was opened up.) The bid was reasonable.

Robert responds to questions and phone calls right away. The job took longer than originally expected due to the door framing issues. The crew was very professional - I would hire them again.
