He was good, he was really good. He called promptly and came out. After getting the parts he repaired it right away. He noticed other little problems with the boiler that he repaired also. We will use him again.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
I received a call fro Brian with 10 seconds of submitting my repair request through ServiceMagic, on a Saturday!!! I was at work but Brian came to my home and met my Wife there, he quickly accessed and fixed the problem and the charges were VERY reasonable. Brian will handle all of my heating and cooling repairs from now on!

Brian was very responsive and flexible with scheduling the work. It ended up being a bigger job than I anticipated but Brian did a great job explaining what was needed and why.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
AC stop working. diagnosed as capacitor damage. Also found chewed wires by rats. After capacitor change, there was a shortcircuit and he diagnosed the cicuit board in the attic damaged. Circuit board replaced, still not working. Finaly he realized it was not the circuit board it just the damaged the thermostat. it cost me $ 525 + new thermostat.

I diagnosed the problem, fixed it and customer now has A/C. The price was fair and competitive and customer was very happy he had his A/C back on again.

I highly rate Brian MacDonald as he is indeed an excellent plumber and a very informative and friendly master plumber. He is on time, very neat with his work and well worth what he charges because he starts and finish his work as promised and I would recommend him to anyone who had the problem i was having with my water heater. He took very great care with removing the old and replacing the new. I was very happy with Brian and most definitely would recommend him to anyone and all.
