Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Brent arrived to look at the furance, he quoted $267 which included $180 for the part and $67 for labor. I asked him for an invocie of the part because I was able to find the same part for $99. My tenant needed the furnace to be working that nite as it was cold. So I approved the job to Brent based on His promised on the phone that he will reimbursed me the difference of the part (if I find a cheaper price) and email a copy of the part invoice of $180 and credit card copy of the total billing of $267. Todate, he has not done any of the above. No email response to my request, no phone response , no receipts of anything. not trustworthy.

Brent was very prompt actually calling me when he was 10 minutes away. Brent gave me a quick assessment of my problem, he was able to fix it within one hour and did 2 extra things to make my my heating system easier to use. I never felt like I was being sold on the contrary he showed me how to save money. I felt that Brent really knew what he was talking about and he was able to explain in plain English!
