I have a Hotel and the hot water went out on a Friday night and would have cost me thousands in lost revenues the longer I waited for it to be fixed. I have a Hotel and the hot water went out on a Friday night and would have cost me thousands in lost revenues the longer I waited for it to be fixed. My gas company and another technician came out and BOTH told me a temperature module was bad and the part wouldn't be available until Monday. Lucky for me, Mr Jones came out Saturday morning and decided to do some trouble shooting instead of just agreeing with the other contractors. He was able to find a hidden short and correct it.
