Brennan lost on customer service/value because the job turned out about 50% more expensive than quoted. They started when I wasn't home (mistake #1). My quote was to "cut away from all houses" but when I arrived, the foreman said that he could trim away from the houses for what was quoted but if I wanted it done right I had to pay more. I didn't know that my quote was for a job which wasn't going to be done right. They are supposedly the experts that tell me how to do the job right but I guess you have to be very specific with a trimmer down to which branch will be cut, etc., Since the job was already started, I felt like I had no choice.

The professionals performed the tree trimming and debris removal magnificently and at a fair and reasonable price. They were courteous to everyone and respectful of property. I will highly recommend Brennan Tree Service at every opportunity.
