They were late (but it was understandable ... car trouble). Very nice girls ... my only complaint was that they did not clean the very FIRST thing you see when you go up to a house ... the front glass door; and the side glass window to the front door. Nor did they clean the glass sliding doors. Otherwise, Inside done nicely.

Owner brought in three young girls (highschool age) that needed supervision. They did a good job house was clean.

Our company abides by federal employment law and does hire college age students for part time work. All cleaning for a new client is always supervised by either the owner or a manager. I'm very pleased with the good job and that our clients enjoyed a clean home. Brenda

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
At estimate went over a complete list of what I wanted done. They did a basic cleaning, but didn't do the specifics I asked for, nor did they do some basices (e.g. dusting the plate rail, dusting shelf in kitchen, dusting french door slats, sweeping cob webs off ceiling, cleaning patio door windows and more. I was very disappointed, as I then had to do the things myself. They were receptive of my complaint and knocked $50 off the total. Not at all what I expected from hiring a house cleaner.

the cleaning tech that came to my house was very nice. She wasn't stand-offish like the last people i hired. She was on-time and was very professional. There was no real distinguishing marks on her to signify that she was with Brendas except for the vacuum she carried. I would have like to have seen a shirt or cling on her car letting me know that's who she was with but otherwise the service was amazing and will be looking forward to my next cleaning.

When Brenda came to look over our house, she said that they would do a "deep cleaning" the first time and the charge would be $150. We agreed to this plan. The cleaning people came on Thursday, November 19. We were not at home, so did not see the finished job until after we returned from work. The kitchen appeared that it had been skipped altogether. Brenda had told us that they would clean the stove top, but it was dirty. The back of the stove had grease still on it. The shelves above the sink had not been cleaned. We were under the impression that the blinds would be cleaned as part of the "deep" cleaning process, but they were not touched.
