I WANDER WHY DID RATED TOO LOW SINCE WE ACCOMPLISHED EVERY THING WE SAY ON THE CONTRACT

The contractor could have done a better job. The thing that I did like about the contractor was that he was on time, followed through and finished the job on time as he said he would.

We are happy with the results.

Jose was great, responsive and did a great job pulling out my old flat tar roof and installing a new roof. He removed all of the plants I had on the roof, fixed the entire roof in less than a week and was in and out before I knew it. In our first meeting he also drove me around the block to see the type of roof I was thinking of and how it would look as opposed to my other option. Jose is very professional and I highly reccomend him.

WE HAVE FINISHED THIS JOB FROM THIS ATTORNEY IN WHICH A LOT OF CONTRACTOR WALK AWAY WHEN THEY KNEW HE WAS A LAW MEN, SO FOR ME IT WAS A CHALLENGER TOO IN WHICH WE HAVE PROVED WE ARE GOOD TO PERFORMED FOR EVERY ONE ON ANY CITY.

Jose and his roofing crew did a very good job in replacing my roof. A combination of pitched and flat. Jose was attentive to questions and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. Proposal and estimate was clear . Once the go ahead was given the work was done promptly. Good clean up afterwards. Once the job was finished no leaks with the recent big storms. Highly recommended

iwas one of the best job that we did in san francisco we have removed three layer as existing we also updated the slope of the roof, we have set a new siding and molding.

The president and foreman Mr. Rodriguez, not only familiar with roofing but also carpentry, windows and painting, is a very conscientious craftsman caring about every detail. He was ready to start the project a couple of days after the start order with a right crew and materials. His crew members were highly diligent, although with skill levels all different. The initial estimate of the cost was a bit too low, probably to be competitive, ending up with extensive extras, so that it seems better for some people to get the "not-to-exceed" price upfront. I will definitely retain him for my next project.

i want to thank to god and my costumer who they don't even know ,and they let me got into bissnees with them for the opportynities to prove that this company is not go to bissness just for bissness. we are concert to stay active to prove that our service is clean afotrable and honest we made sure we also do always do the best that we can to reach our costumer expectation.

The company fixed the leak but other leaks were found later.
