Brendan expertly installed a baseboard heater for us and also installed two electrical outlets. He provided us with advice on the right heater and thermostat to buy based on our needs. He was quick and efficient and charged us what he had estimated from his original estimate. His rates are reasonable and he is pleasant to work with. We would definitely hire him again for future electrical needs.

Project: Install a Bath Exhaust Fan
Brendan recommended a new bathroom fan and timer to replace a fan that wasn't getting the room dry. The work was done quickly and neatly and looks good. The new fan is quieter than the old one; I can't really say whether or not it's more effective, but with the timer I now have a dry bathroom and am satisfied. I can't say if the price was good because I did not talk to anyone else. Brendan was very courteous, professional and communicated clearly. He was a little bit late starting, but called to tell me he would be and it was no problem. I would call him in the future.
