We had Breeze install bamboo floors and new molding throughout our new house. It was a huge project, and Breeze did a fantastic job. They left the house and garage even cleaner and more pristine than they were when they started! A very professional job done by a friendly and trustworthy team. I recommend Breeze categorically.

PRICE WAS VERY FAIR.JASON WAS VERY COURTEOUS.TILE DID NOT COME OUT LEVEL.CAME BACK AND REGROUTED SOME TILES AND SEALED THE GROUT FOR FREE,BUT IN MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH JASON, HE SAID THAT HE HAD ALREADY GONE IN THE HOLE ON THE JOB AND THAT THAT WAS ALL HE COULD DO. UNLEVEL TILE WAS BLAMED ON THE FLOOR BEING UNLEVEL.I HAVE HAD THE JOB LOOKED AT BY ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT MOST OF THE PROBLEM WAS DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION.IN HIS DEFENSE, HE DID LEAVE ME A PHONE MESSAGE HOPING THAT THE JOB WAS ACCEPTABLE, BUT I DIDN'T RETURN THIS CALL AS I WAS TOLD EARLIER THAT HE HAD DONE ALL THAT HE WAS PAID TO DO, IN SO MANY WORDS.

Installing Large tiles on a unleveled garage floor is a challenge. We always recommend to our customers to spend the extra money to correct unlevel floors before installation. We made every attempt to satisfy the customer in this case as noted without any extra charge.

Jason did an excellent job on the marble fireplace surround. The issue that could have been improved was communication, ie, initiating the communication earlier when there were glitches in the schedule.
