Breakthrough Home Improvement did an amazing job painting my condo so that I could sell it.

We agreed on a price, but he gave us no paperwork. In the middle of the project, he significantly raised the price and we had no paperwork to fall back on. He told us it was material costs, but he told us at the beginning he had priced everything out. We paid him the additional material costs, but he ended up doing a really sloppy job. He even admitted it was sloppy. He agreed to come back to fix it, but never did. We hired another contractor to finish his job.

I went to Home Depot to buy posts for the staircase project. I bought them and brought the receipt to the homeowner but she did not accept this. The actual costs on the project were higher than what I anticipated. It is very difficult to quote prices without knowing the true costs of materials. I was willing to do the work at a loss to make this work. The couple involved in this request promised to call me to have me finish the project but I never got a call and apparently they used someone else to finish this project. I am sorry this turned out this way but I try to satisfy each and every one of my customers.

Better communication by the workers is needed. Communication about the job was not clearly explained and details of the job could have been better communicated. Workers could have done a better job of protecting floors and cleaning up.

They were courteous, professional and did a very fine job.

Breakthrough Home Improvement was timely and professional. When we found a problem with their repair, through no fault of thier own, they came back the next day and fixed the problem at no additional cost.

Very polite and helpful crew. Worked quickly and provided quality product. Price was fair and reasonable and did not increase even though a small amount of additional work was found to be needed. Had some delays getting started, but they always called ahead to notify of any changes and to complete scheduling needs.
