It took took long to complete the project and the price was not the price quoted on the estimate. That is OK but when the price changes it would be good customer service to let the customer know. This person took too long to do a small job and did not communicate well with us. The work he did was good though.

Nice fellow. Knew what he needed to do to repair the sofa bed frame properly, and he did it. I appreciated the extra effort to get the repair done right. He could have done less and still ended up with a repair to get paid for, but it may not have been a good quality, long-term repair.

The screen that needed to be fixed was partially repaired. There were still some holes and the whole thing needed to be re-screened. I would of been upset about how it came back but he fixed it on the spot and re-screened it while i was waiting, which was good. I am calling him back to do some other jobs-he is a pleasant guy and wants to do you good.
