Were availiable quickly, it only took 1.5 hours for living room, hall and two bedrooms. Smelled fresh, looked great!

My Grandmother's house sat vacant for months. It was fairly trashed and neglected. I live in Las Cruces and the house was in Albuquerque. I only had one day to complete the work on the house. Bravo Carpet Cleaners came in and not only did an outstanding job cleaning the house and the carpets, they also helped me arrange for the locks to be changed and the heat to be turned on. Tina and David went out of their way to be courteous and profressional I would recommend this business to anyone! I appreciated their help and was more than pleased with their work. Thank you Bravo! You made my life easier.

They seemed a little expensive for the area that I had cleaned. The job that they did (steam cleaning) didn't seem like it really gave my carpet the deep down clean that I was expecting. When the carpet was finished it didn't look much different than before and didn't smell clean. It took out the spots and such, but didn't fluff or brighten the carpet like I had expected to have with a carpet cleaning.
