Bratton Bros. cmmunicated well showed up on time, I had a steal fence put in for about $1500 dollars cheaper than other companies were willling to do with aluminum. They finished my fence in two days. I am completely satisfied with the results and would recommend Bratton Bros. to anyone.

George gave me a bid that was lower than I anticipated. The work was completed right on schedule and the quality of their work was excellent. They cleaned up completely after each visit and even provided a large dog pen at no charge while the work was going on. I'd highly recommend Bratton Bros. to anyone considering a new fence.

From apppointment for estimate to installation, they were courteous, helpful, and on time. So glad we did work with them. We hope to have them install a deck next!! Thanks Jimmy

It took them a while to get here but their crew (Ernie and helper) were outstanding.

If I had to rate the customer service I would give it 5 stars. If I had to rate the fence itself I would also give it 5 stars. However, if I had to rate the full installation I would only give it 2 stars. There were large piles of dirt left all over the area of the fence. As someone who spends a lot of time and money on my yard I was very displeased that they left it in such a way that could kill my grass if I didn't remove it. They also broke off many branches from a rose bush that was close to the end of the fence. A splash gaurd under the drainage was also broken. They appear to have been careless with my personal property.

Called everywhere (home depot, lowes, local contractors) to get prices and quotes. Every other dealer or contractor could not make it out for a few days, and for the ones that gave me a quote, the quotes were outrageous! Donnie came out, measured, and gave me a quote with completion dates within 2 hours of my call. The installers were professionals, they came and did the work without any disturbance. The driveway and my street were muddy after the install, but that was expected with the snow we had.Rachel the receptionist was always available to answer any questions.The price quote was lower upfront than any other contractor out there. A++++

Built a 6ft. wood privacy fence in back yard. Job was done on time and fence looks great. I would use them again.

Ordered fence and was supposed to install in three weeks. Only half of the order was shipped and did not receive any contact from Bratton Bros.. I contacted Bratton to see where the fence was and was told about half of order shipping. Three more weeks passed and the fence was finally scheduled to be install only to find out that the first half of order was wrong color and the factory would have to reship overnight. Two days latter fence was installed but gate had not yet been built. Rain delays are happening now and it has beenseveral weeks since original order was entered.

We do sincerely appoligize for the delays. Bratton Bros. Services puts a major emphasis on customer service. Unfortunately, sometimes things are out of our control. Manufacturer delays, shipping delays, and weather are some of the factors we have no control over. All of these played a part in the delay.

Wonderful Job !!! Great product .Would differently use again . On time .. Great Rates, Cleaned up .

Service was done well. The wait to get my fence done was a bit longer than I expected.
