After the signing of the contract he had his crew come out the very next morning. Norm and Carolyn the installers were amazing. To me they went above and beyound a days work just to insure I had heat/air for the upstairs of my house. They arrived at 7:30 am the next morning to complete the installation of the heat/ac pack for downsatirs. <br />The quailty of work and their attention to detail was above normal and I would reccomend them to anyone. I will give them 20 stars if I could for the people, their wonderful attitude toward helping me, the VERY Prompt service call (I called that morning and within 1 hour they were there) and the way they explained things to me that didn't make me feel stupid or throw figures at me for which I would not have understood why I needed this or that, and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. I can not stop praising these wonderful people at Brasington and I will tell EVERYONE they are just plain stupid not to use them.
