Called me quickly and offered a very reasonable quote for diagnosis. He was very upfront and personable on the phone and after reading the reviews online I decided to hire him. He arrived on time, shook my hand, and got right down to business. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace in a few minutes, left and came back with the replacement part, and had everything working in no time. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The total bill was extremely reasonable (very inexpensive), and he did not try to "sell" me anything. I was extremely impressed and highly recommend Brasch Heating & Cooling.

Everything about this company says reliable, honest, sincere. His over-the-phone diagnosis and price matched what I'd found in a quick online search, he arrived quickly, he explained everything he did, he didn't try to sell me anything other than what he was repairing, his price was exactly what he'd said on the phone, he was respectful of my home, and he left the work area clean. He also explained some areas I can watch and how to take care of certain things on my own to extend the life of my furnace.

I highly recommend Brasch Heating & Cooling, LLC to anyone needing HVAC work. My central AC unit stopped running on a hot and humid day last week, and so I called Brasch Heating & Cooling, LLC. Shane's response time and prompt service was incredible. Shane is very knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled in his trade. His prices are fair and reasonable ... he will get the job done right, effectively and efficiently at the best value.

Very upfront, didnt try to sell anything, he told me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and didnt try pressuring me for anything. Cummunicated well and showed up on time!!!!!!
