Brandon was very responsive throughout the process. We did have an unforseen issue that appeared after the initial work and his concern to do the job right was evident. Not all things go perfectly, but it's how they're dealt with that makes a true professional and that's Brandon.

Mr. Adams & his employee arrived early, and had a new faucet in my kitchen in 45 minutes. Very impressive! He charged me exactly what he quoted on the phone. I will use him again.
