I was called immediately after my search online. An appointment was set up in two days. He was at my house waiting for me when I got home from work. The job was done efficiently, I have no more ants in my bathroom. He was very courteous and friendly.

We were very pleased in the timely manner Cory from Brandley contacted us with an estimate. He was so helpful in educating us about the treatment process and the chemicals used. He and his crew were very thorough. We especially liked the sincere care he showed towards our concerns with the termites and the way he spent so much time inspecting the house. Difficult to tell the quality right now. They treated for fire ants, so I will have to wait a while to see if the fire ants are really gone. They were supposed to treat with granules, but I see no granules whatsoever, I was not home when they treated, so just from looking, I can't see whether anything was done or not.

Insecticide granules are not like fertilizer they and very small in comparison. I assure you we treated with granules as we agreed to. Also, we treated your home well you were gone per your request. Please water and give the granules time to work.
