good quality work but costs add up. Forgot rooms on initial estimate, suddenly realized ceiling wires needed to be replaced two weeks in when project was almost finished, assumed without checking that we would not tile in kitchen and bath and installed electrical boxes that would not allow tiling and said it would cost extra to change. Not saying not to hire but be sure to double and triple check everything in fine print and be prepared to pay above initial quote.

It was a 100 year old home I tried to tell them that there were bound to be problems that would come up, like when I changed out the light switches the way it was wired they were switching the neutrals, this is an unsafe practice and code violation,they didn't mention that they would be tiling until after I had installed the boxes& covers to correct this I would have to charge them the difference between a 1/2 in ring and a 1in ring a nominal cost.i feel I gave them a superior job with everything properly grounded and balanced the electrical loads for their needs

Mr. Brand was very professional and figured how to solve my electrical problem. He was prompt, very neat and did a great job. i would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.
