It is really beautiful! However, the customer service in every other way is what I had a problem with. I told him 2 weeks in advance when I needed him and he put me off a total of 4 days, and then he said he would get it done in 2 days and it took 4. <br /> <br />When they would get to our home it was ALWAYS 1-2 hours late, and ALWAYS were unprepared (forgot mortar, extention cord, hose). The owner cursed all the time and tried to cut corners. I felt like if I didn't hover over them it wouldn't get done right.
