Project: Remodel a Bathroom
To start Brad kept his first appointment with us. He then took us to see a recent bathroom renovation he had completed. He then gave us a cost estimate and time estimate for remodeling two bathrooms in our summer home. After contracting with him he came with us to pick out fixtures and gave great suggestions. He the took us to his tile supplier who gave us great prices on our tile selection. I have friends in the tile business with giving me a discount the could only beat the price by pennies. He kept receipts for incidental expenses. After bringing the job in on time yesterday we saw the finished project and it came out beautiful

We had many different contractors in the past; Brad surpassed them all. His price was very reasonable, much better than the competition. He was very flexible during the project, making changes if we asked, without hesitation. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to help us make the right choices. His concern for our convenience during work was outstanding, and he kept the work areas tidy. Brad completed the job faster than we expected, and we are very pleased with the quality of work.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We hired Brad to completely gut and redo our bathroom. The level of detail that brad brought to the project was great. Brad had great suggestions on how we can do things as far as design and layout. We would recommend Brad to anyone as well as use him to do other projects in our house. The final product was a beautiful product.

Excellent workmanship, very impressed with his detail. Work was completed within time frame allowed to us. Brad was very accommodating with any changes during the remodeling. Would highly recommend Brad to all.
