I was very happy with his resonsiveness and helpfulness to control costs (i sent him pictures of the work I needed done and he provided me a materials list so I would not have to pay him to go buy parts). Very friendle and knowledgable. Finished product was very good. I'd hire him again for jobs not requiring certifications or code specifications.

I received a phone call immediately from Rick when I submitted my requeste to ServiceMaster. He was always on time and kept me informed throughout the project. He was able to solve a thorny problem and completed the project on time and cleaned up after himself. I will recommend Brack's Hanyman Service to my friends.

Rick was very dedicated to solving a tough problem with our door. While it was not completely fixed (not due to anything on Rick's part), he left the door much better than he found it. I highly recommend Rick!!
