Excellent service and very patient and knowledgable. The total bill was more than I expected, but that may have been the case with another electrician as well.

I thought that Boy's Electric did a great job. They were on time, professional, friendly and did the job well. I think they were a bit expensive for what they did and explained that they were more expensive because of the quality of service. Okay, but they were still expensive for the job. Again, nice people, but I will get other bids to do our next job.

From the time I entered a request for an electrician until I received a call from customer service was only a few minutes. Customer service did her best to get someone dispatched in a timely manner. The Master Electrician actually called and asked if he could show up sooner than scheduled. He did an excellent job diagnosing and resolving the burned out circuit and recommending safety improvements. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was done. My only complaint is that the pricing is rather high. However, I would still highly recommend this company.

too much up selling. They want search your entire house and seek out additional projects. I did NOT get any other bids, so I don't know how their pricing compared to others.... I have to recommend, but I am NOT certain on the value for the money.

The pro that showed up at our home was just that - a real pro. From the way he was dressed to his thoroughness in assessing, estimating and completing our project. We absolutely recommend Boys Electric and will certainly use them in future.
