Tod replaced the entire duct work in our house. Very professional and did a great job on replacement and air balancing the system. Highly recommend him for this type work.

The quality was great and as the other reviews stated, on time and very professional. As for the value, I'm not sure as I have not done this before (additional duct work installation) so I gave it a neutral.

Mr. Boyd was timely, friendly and efficient. He called the same day I inquired about his service through Service Magic and was available to do the work the next day. He even informed of an unrelated potential hazard he spotted while in my attic.

The mark of a true professional is one who turns away business because the requested service won't produce cost-effective results. Mr. Boyd recommended that I not clean my duckwork due to the age and structure of the ducts. He took the time to come out and make a bid, only to discover that my ductwork was the kind where insulation was inside retangular sheet metal ducts. He clearly described to me what he could do, given the ducts, and how much time (expense) it would take, further explaining that replacing the ducts would produce a better result (even though he does not do that kind of work). He did not charge for the trip or advice.

Tom was a great serviceman. He was knowledgable and professional. He was concerned about protecting my hardwood floor as he worked. He also charged a fair price. He was also EXTREMELY flexible about the timing. I love that he was able to work between 4-7 which is when most working folks are available.

Todd did a great job. He tookt he job at the last minute after Sears gave me problems. He showed at the time he promised. He did a nice job and did not leave a mess. I will use him again.
