Mike Bowden was prompt in responding to my request for service and in making the actual appraisal. I thought the result of the appraisal was reasonable. Only issue we had was administrative--Mike's report initially sent omitted the key information I needed. However, Mike promptly rectified that and we got what we needed within less than 10 days from our first contacting him. Recommended.
