I am very happy with the service required. The bid was reasonably priced, the team was efficient + responsive and the end result very good. I had a couple of questions on standard insulation practices and pros/cons of different options and I have found the staff very good at providing me with the right explanations and helping me make the right trade-off between cost and value. I was on a tight schedule with other contractors and inspections and they did their best to accomodate my timing. Would highly recommend!

Boulton was friendly and helpful initially and came in about 50% cheaper than other companies. The reason I give them 3 stars is their workmanship is terrible. They damaged my house by not removing the shingles the way they said they would to blow in insulation to the walls. Rather than using a special tool to remove my cedar siding like they told me they would (a method they said would only break a few brittle shingles), they broke each shingle by removing pieces of it with a claw hammer and nailing them back into place. I now have to go to almost every shingle they touched and patch and paint. You get what you pay for, I guess.

The guys showed up on time, they were friendly, did their work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up. My only "gripe" would be that they didn't ask me to check out their work before they wrapped everything up.
