I felt that Paul Boulton knew his trade well. He is a master electrician. He was cordial, friendly and professional. He led me through his troubleshooting process as he went. He resolved my problem. He did not do anything that would be unnecessary and charged me a very fair price for his services. I would call upon him for any furture electrical work should I need an electrician.

Very disappointing, he came in a gave a bid, then whined about underbidding himself. It took 3 days to complete the job, one day I took off work, and he did not show up or call for 3 days. He said it was because of the weather and he lived downtown springs. I drove to Denver that same day. He could have called but did not. I had an gathering that night and my electric was not done. Once the job was done it's an OK job. I had 2 other things that I want to do later on, I will not call Paul to do it. I wouldn't be so harsh if he had at least returned my call and said he would not be here. Don't ignore your customers calls.
