My house is vinyl sided and was very dirty. It came out fairly clean. The guy who washed the house was very polite and arrived when he said he would.

Joe came with a young man; they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. They were also very pleasant and respectful. They powerwashed the whole house and the deck railings, using bleach in their hose where needed. When they had completed the work, I asked them to clean some of the less noticable places on my deck, and they were very willing to do so. The 2 negatives: all of my windows were streaked and dirty when they finished. THe bleach used on the house dripped on my potted pansies on the front steps and killed them. Perhaps they could just tell customers to have their windows cleaned after the power washing.
