Project: Repair a Metal Roof
I was very pleased with him. He was prompt on appointment and spent time on explaining the restoration coating system and leaving a pamphlet about it. His contract lists what is going to be done very neatly typed and listed in order. He explains every page so there is no misunderstanding. He takes pictures of the old roof and every phase of the progress of the new. He is going to send a disk of it. He had two workers that worked very hard and left everything neat and clean. I am very happy with it.

Very thorough, and good communication. Although we have decided to postpone our roof project, I would consider hiring Born 2 Roof sometime in the future.

Cruz Santana was courteous, professional and easy to negotiate with. He had or acquired the necessary licensing to perform the job, worked well with the property management team and the tenants. He completed the roof ahead of the projected schedule. The property co-owner was very pleased with the completed roof. I would highly recommend Born 2 Roof and Cruz Santana.

Cruz was very professional, helpful and explain very well what was best to do to repair our roof. He came to us very quickly, on a Saturday morning, and did the repair on Monday. Repairs are amazing, he even did more than requested (did some work on our guest house roof pipes too) I really recommend him, he is a very nice person on top of everything.

It took only four days from the first contact we had with Cruz , to the completed job. Cruz and his team were prompt, efficient, and left our property as they found it, except with a brand new roof! We highly recommend Cruz and Born 2 Roof. Thanks, Cruz.

Cruz and his crew were exceptionally friendly, fast, clean, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Work was completed as promised and on time. I would highly recommend Born 2 Roof.

Don, The re-roof of the backside of your residence, looked great after the old air conditioning unit got removed and the new unit got installed, The composition shingles we installed closely match the existing roof. Thank You
