Rob showed up on time picked up on my needs and got straight to work. He Pretty much handled the rest on his own. He's a self-starter and figures out his own problems. When he got there I had series of problems with things that didn't work for unknown reasons. When he left I had a house in working order -- and new ceiling fans!

I would highly recommend Borco and would gladly hire them again for electrical work. They were extremely professional, proficient and their rates were very, very reasonable. They provided me with options, were flexible and explained everything in detail. All employees at this company were professional and provided outstanding customer service. Absolutely first rate!

They missed the first appintment because they ran into problems at another job but they failed to call me and tell me. I called their office and they rescheduled for the next morning. Everything went well the next day and they took care of my problems with the wiring and power panel.

Electrician was on-time, fixed the problem and explained the problem. Office called day prior to give a reminder about the appt and ensured the fixture being replaced was the right color. Techniian was quick and courteous.

They answered our request quickly. Gave us a reasonable estimate. Scheduled us for the job, quickly. Showed up on time. Jesse discovered a wiring short-cut done by the builders that was not up to code and a dangerous fire hazard. He corrected it while installing the rest of our lighting. He was courteous, kind, and efficient. We'll call again, should we have the need. Mahalo!
